Dear Congress:

We, the undersigned physicians, patients, and business owners ask that you:

1. DEFUND the bureaucracy needed to implement Obamacare.
2. REPEAL the recently passed healthcare legislation.
3. REPLACE it with a series of common sense, fiscally responsible, stepwise reforms:
   • Sell insurance across state lines.
   • Let individuals purchase insurance with pre-tax dollars.
   • Encourage Healthcare Savings Accounts (HSA's).
   • Create small businesses pools to spread risk.
   • End abusive medical litigation.
   • Offer tax credits to help the uninsured purchase private insurance.
4. Pass each reform separately, one bill every few months.
5. Write each bill using an understandable format and keep it to a reasonable length.
6. Keep each bill clean, letting it pass or fail on its own merits. No pork, no payoffs.
7. Make the final language public for 7 days prior to voting.
